布里斯本斯坦福德廣場酒店 (Stamford Plaza Brisbane)

Such a classic old hotel, with gorgeous views and spacious rooms and bathrooms. The location is convenient, with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from and it is right next to the river and gardens. The only negative was though we had a great check in experience, it was very inconsistent across our group. Despite 2pm check-in, one couple still didn’t have a room at 3.15pm. I’d stay again to check out the facilities as we didn’t have time on this occasion.

房間很大，設施齊全，床挺舒服的，裝修屬於復古風，我很喜歡！河景房風景很贊，酒店周圍環境很好，很繁華，吃東西很方便！

衹能説一般吧，性價比不高。 第一，環境還可以，就在故事橋邊。還有植物園，比較安靜。 第二，早餐很差，白人餐，如果要點咖啡還需要另外付錢。自助早餐就是機器裡，不好喝。如果要坐戶外的，是另外付錢的，自助早餐衹圈定在裡面。 第三，房間比較老了。

The hotel interior is full of architects which makes it beautiful and the view of the river is lovely. However, breakfast choices are not attractive and the breakfast room decoration is 3 stars strangely which does not match the beauty of the hotel!

非常棒，服務，房間，景觀，都很滿意，房間也很大很寬敞，乾淨整潔，早餐也很不錯，地理位置也優越，窗外就是那個橋，坐在窗口喝個下午茶都很愜意，總而言之很是滿意

房間很好，樓下游泳池也很棒，前台服務小姐姐也很熱情，她看起來像是中國人，後來一詢問不是來自中國，還是有點親切感！

位置極佳，就在布里斯本班河岸，房間位於14層河岸風景盡收眼底，夜晚的故事橋美輪美奐……酒店軟裝是我偏愛的風格，每個視角都彰顯用心和品位，經典從不懼時光啊！👍在澳大利亞已旅行4月，前台Miss Yuan真令人賓至如歸，由衷地感念🙏 五星好評，斯坦福廣場酒店值得擁有！

Отель ну очень старый. Номерной фонд нужно срочно реанимировать. До уровня в 5* он не тянет однозначно, даже по количеству полотенец, по старости интерьера, по устарелой мебели с 90-х годов, по пыли на светильниках и шкафах, жирным тумбочкам. Извините, но это отзыв больше направлен владельцам гостиницы. P.s. Внешний фасад здания испугал при виде из окна.

房間衞生， 設施：復古，有回到過去的感覺 環境：面對河景，心曠神怡，美不勝收 服務：正是聖誕節入住的，整個酒店聖誕氣氛非常濃郁，讓人印象深刻，一次難忘的入住體驗

Location was good (but the CBD is very small, so I would think this would be true of almost any hotel in the CBD). I was let down by the service and communication between the hotel teams: 1. I dropped off bags prior to checking in and was told it would be delivered to my room by the time I arrived. This was reiterated by the front desk when I checked in. The bags were not in the room but were brought up when we called for them. Fun fact - there is no phone in the room beside the bed or at the desk. The only phone is next to the toilet. 2. The toilet cistern stopped working (failed to fill up) in the middle of the night. I called down at 9:15 and was told that maintenance started work only at 9:30 and would be right up. By 9:50, nobody had turned up, so we called the front desk again, and when asking for the name of the person I was talking to, I got a very defensive "Why do you need to know? Why do you think I would not deliver the message? Maintenance is delayed, it's not my fault." Not what I expect from a hotel of this caliber. I don't need to know it's "not your fault", I would like accountability and follow-up. Maintenance did turn up a little after 10 and fixed it within a few minutes (was a problem at the mains). Would not stay here again. There are better options at this price range.
